| I first became interested in spirituality over fifteen years ago whilst a biochemistry student. I found that I could not find any meaningful answers in science, so turned to popular metaphysical books such as 'The Tao of Physics' for answers. I began to experiment with meditation and guided imagery work which led to Zen Buddhism, which I followed for many years. This did not satisfy my needs, particularly in being close to the earth and self discovery, so I moved to more earth based spirituality. I have since studied Druidry and other pagan paths that seem to resonate with me more deeply. |
