Soul Journeying is a type of shamanic journeying which is used to enter the otherworld. It has been developed over fifteen years of study starting with guided meditation and visualisation and expanding into travel beyond the veil between worlds. The four levels of Soul Journeying are outlined below, starting with Sensual Journeying which acts as a primer to involve all your senses, and eventually leading to Soul Dreaming, where you can access the relm of your soul consciousness.

Level 1- Sensory Journeying
This introductory level allows you to develop guided meditation and visualisation techniques which include all the senses. This goes beyond mere visualisation and into a realm of dreamlike consciousness.

Level 2- Elemental Soul Journeying
This level introduces you to the five metaphysical elements, Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Space. You will learn to transmute the elements and be introduced to the five more subtle elements of mud, metal, cloud and wind.

Level 3- Transcendental Soul Journeying
Meet the god and goddess and undergo transmutation and communion with these immense powers.

Level 4- Soul Dreaming
In this final level you will be taken through many layers of reality, from the earth realm through various higher realms, until you consciously pass through the veil to the 'reception area'. Here you will commune with your own soul and see your life from a higher perspective.
